Guidelines for Presentations
By establishing some guidelines, we do not want to inhibit the creativity of presenters. Presenters should feel empowered to (as this year's slogan suggests) "amplify the possibilities" of presentation formats, styles, and content.
Presenters can choose to publish their presentation in any online viewable format, but should strive to make the presentation ideas as accessible as possible. At a minimum, we hope each presentation will include either:
An audio file, or
A video file
Please use one of these file formats for your media files: mp3, mov, or wmv. All media will be converted to iPod friendly versions by the conveners. If you submit a video file it will be converted to mp4 (video) and mp3 (audio) iPod friendly formats. Both files will be published with your presentation.
you must submit only a single media file no longer than 20 minutes in length.
Deadlines for Submission
Please respect the following deadlines to help ensure a smooth running conference:
Sept 21: Teaser Submission Deadline (Teasers are optional at each presenters' discretion)
Oct 1: Pre-conference keynote submission deadline
Oct 6: Week 1 Presenters' submission deadline
Oct 13: Week 2 Presenters' submission deadline
Oct 13: Pre-conference keynote is posted
