Curby Alexander is a doctoral fellow at the University of Virginia's Center for Technology & Teacher Education. He has taught at the elementary and college level for 14 years in Texas, Wyoming, Colorado and Virginia. He was an instructor for the "Teaching With Technology" course for pre-service elementary and special education teachers in the Curry School of Education, and he is currently the Technology Infusion Program (TIP) director, an internship partnership between the University of Virginia and Albemarle County Public Schools.

Curby is originally from Casper, Wyoming,and he and his wife Gina are the proud parents of twin boys, Sam and Nate.
